Return Policy

1. Custom products

Custom made products cannot be returned.

2. Stock products

You can return the non-discounted stock items within 14 days from the day you receive your order. The return cost is entirely your responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it, with the 2 original tags attached.

MAANGOUD is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues during transit.

2.1 Prepare your return

Ship your return to the address below using a trackable carrier of your choice. Ensure that your return includes a tracking number, which you will need to provide to us.

2.2 Receive a refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. It may take up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.

If rejected, you can either pick up your package again at our address, or we can resend it using a shipping label that you provide. These costs will be entirely at your expense.
